Title: if life is a journey, when do you push through and when do you pull over?
Post by: katia on July 21, 2007, 12:31:29 PM
when do you most likely need help?

to re-fuel (love or inspiration)
for change of Tire (ambition and Perseverance)
to pee (for basic needs)
or what else?

I might pull over and pick this hitchhiker up if it feels right.

I don't mind running on these retreads (which might be threadbare, who knows?) indefinitely, since that's the reality of the situation... ambition might be a badly built tire, sold to me by the unscrupulous.

I can stockpile foods so I can avoid the Kwik-E-Mart, and if the mission is as compelling as that lady astronaut's recently, I can put on a diaper.

(that's all I got right now)...

Sometimes to talk to someone (loneliness)
Sometimes to sleep (recharge the soul)

Love always,
Elizabeth

Pushing through is a given, whether there is any end point or not, in my case. Pulled over, my engine still runs hot. I don't know when it will give out, it could just spontaneously combust at any minute, and doesn't idle well at all. I ain't switching it off any time soon, is all I know.
