So since I started losing weight/binding/T, my DD's have shrunk to B's or C's...but they sag something fierce. They're like half-empty sacks - they behave like a liquid and flatten when I lay down. That wouldn't be a problem, but I got to thinking that if they are almost down to a B cup, wouldn't it be beneficial for them to be firmer and perkier rather than flat? They are small enough, volume-wise, to pass as man boobs but with the sagging and empty skin, there's no way in hell.
My buddy took off his shirt at the beach the other day and has B's (but perky breasts) and could pass as a chubby male and I was just like, oh God if only :(
I guess I'm wondering if there's any way at all, even a little bit, to help the sagging. I smoke, and I know that reduces your skin elasticity. (I'm slated to quit in October - I live under a lot of stress where I am now.) But is there anything at all I can do outside of quitting right now?

Shoot man.. that's a tough one. I completely get where you're coming from, and am in a similar situation. The best advice I've found is to work on your pecs. It seems counter intuitive since we generally try to minimize our chests but it will help give better shape, *may* help with loose skin (but once the elasticity is gone there isn't much hope) and will give future surgeon a good contour to work with if you go that route. Good luck!
