as i am curious if i go from srs will i be able to pleasure when some one put his D**k in me or i will only get vaigna? i mean pleasure is possible like other real femals get?
I'm pre-op, so I can't say first-hand, but yes, I've heard many post-op girls say so. I've even heard some say sexual contact was more intense after GRS.
15 month postie coming in here. While I do not have a boyfriend just now to actually have Penis/Vagina intercourse with, the equipment and the nerve sensations are there and will be active. It is VERY DIFFERENT from what we knew with our male parts, so do not try to use your male experience as a comparison. More of your body and not just your vagina and vulvar areas come alive, but that is hormones for you. A friend of mine put it this way on the erection thing -- "Yes you will get erections, but they will be your boyfriend's".
The good surgeons try to preserve as much nerve sensation as they can, but accidents can happen, and you will be told about that. All of my Postie friends though have wonderful touch and arousal experiences. It may take a year or more for all of the sensitivity to come together, and for about the first 6 months you will not be in real great shape for PV sex although a few of the surgeons allow it in as little as 6 weeks. (Mine did).

I so love your post Vicky. True and on point.
I wish to stress on point, yes you should be able to get the Big O. Just it is not, I mean not ever going to be the same way you do it now.
It takes lots of emotions now. The old rub and tug just will no longer cut it.
Every one is truly there own.
Hugs
Izzy
As Vicky says, there are no guarantees, but I'm post-op and definitely orgasmic as well as super sensitive down there. From talking to girlfriends, I seem to be as sensitive or more so than them!
I can't wait to see what it feels like. My surgery I still have a ways to go before I can have it.
