First of all english is not my native language so please excuse me for my poor english..
I'm a girl but I have facial hair. Everyday I use a tweezer to pluck the 'mustache' on my upper lip. But even still I have a green shadow. I dont know why but I want help to get rid of it or to cover it up. I dont use makeup like foundations but if there is any concealer or a similar product that I can apply only to that area it would be great!
Today I use Lancome effacernes concealer but it doesn't help that much :(
Any tips and ideas?

The camera doesn't pick up the green so well, it's way worse in real :(
Hmm you maybe need a pink tinted product to neutralize it. I know that green tint neutralizes redness, so maybe a pink tinted product?

Dermablend is a concealing foundation that is very good. It can cover up scars or tattoos even. It will also wash out the definition in your complexion though, if I wear it my shadow is gone, but so are my freckles and everything else.
The root cause of a shadow is hairs that are under the surface of the skin, while expensive laser or electrolysis would be able to prevent the hairs from coming back. With enough treatments this would be a permanent solution, however the cost might be prohibitive for you.

I have this problem, as well. What I do is apply a matte orange product to everywhere that has that blue/green tint after shaving; as long as you use something orange or red over the blue/green area, the colours will cancel each other out and you won't look like you have facial hair. I have just been using an orange eyeshadow from No 7. After I cover those areas, I blend it a bit at the edges, then apply Dermablend over it. I use Dermablend (the Fluid Corrective Foundation) as my all-over foundation, so I just try to make sure the orange areas don't show through--and Dermablend usually works perfectly for covering things up, so you shouldn't need any additional concealers for your facial hair unless you are using a different foundation on the area you've covered up with something orange/red. I know many people use Mac's Morange lipstick as their orange/red product. Just make sure you use a product that is matte and that will last for a few hours.
