"These people say they can get you your papers if you've been here more than 10 years.

"But you're not getting asylum from Mexico unless you're a cross-dressing transsexual. Asylum is automatically denied and referred to a judge."

Orders for voluntary deportation quickly followed.

It seems to me that a crossdressing transsexual is an MtF wearing men's clothing, or a FtM wearing a dress...
