On Spiro, I went down from 62 to 56. My body did not tolerate it well and gave new constant diarrhoea. My metabolism was also quite high on it since it was not very effective, so I needed to ingest a lot of everything to avoid losing on more weight.

When your metabolism fully slows down to a female range, then you will have to worry about weight.

Yes, I've lost about 5kg/11lbs in the last 12 months, at the same time I am obviously putting on weight in terms of breast growth and other curves. I believe muscle weighs more than body's fat and Spiro would cause you lose some androgenised musculature so that may account for some of your weight loss. The other thing I found was that I stopped eating emotionally once I started HRT so that would have accounted for some of my weight loss. If you're concerned that your weight loss is excessive though you should talk to your doc.

Spiro decreases water retention so water loss perhaps??
