one thing at a time, hon.  First, you do need to reach a certain level of activity before you're allowed to add a pic to your profile.  Instructions are in the welcome section if you'd like to check it out.

As for voice training, I've done a combination of things, working with people from Loyola's speech therapy clinic.  Most speech therapy groups do offer some sort of voice feminization or masculinization therapy, though they, for whatever reason, don't seem to think of trans people using those programs.

I've also done a lot of personal practice.  I work at an incoming call center, taking messages and the like, so that provides loads of daily opportunities for me to practice adding the right ammount of breath to my voice, and trying to pitch into a higher register.  I'm pretty passable these days, as even before I came out officially I had people on my lines confused when I gave my name because 'huh, you sound like a woman....'.

The long and short of it is, it's going to take practice, and lots of it.  Candyfla on youtube offers some tutorials, but she's REALLY BAD at explaining herself IMO.  Her work does offer a good idea of what you can shoot for in your own vocal register, though.  Just keep at it!
