Hi, I'm doing a presentation next week for transitioning kids, teens, and such, to help give them a better life, support, etc., at the Philly Trans-Health Conference next week. Part of my presentation, in addition to telling my own story, and how sharing through the media can help others (if you want that route), is gathering resources, of varying kinds, that would be of use to them. The audience is probably very USA-centric, for reference point. This would be of great help for me, and really more for them, to build a better tomorrow. Thanks! :)
Resources should be honestly like a mix of topics covered, support is one, information but like, in an overall sense, you know? Reassuring items would really be appreciated, since they are so few and far between.

My wife and I will be at the PTHC (less than a 2 hour drive for us), but will not get there until Friday afternoon due to work. That's OK since the session we both want to go to are Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Since I transitioned in my 40's I don't think I can contribute much except maybe how in my case, I knew I wanted to a girl at a young age, but my father beat it out of me and suppressed it all those years. If any info about that helps, feel free to PM me.
