Title: ftm shoes
Post by: Mo on June 12, 2014, 12:43:53 PM
Hi. This is my first post here. I'm beginning to transition and have been trying to find men's work shoes. I've found that I am a 6, 6.5, or 7 in boys. However, these shoes are extremely uncomfortable as they have no support system. I also prefer non-leather shoes. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find comfortable and animal-friendly men's work shoes in small sizes?

I did find some comfortable running shoes in boys for everyday. However they said that they would not suggest running in them as they are not made to last. If you have suggestions of non-leather men's running shoes for my size(s) that would be appreciated as well.

Thank you in advance.  :)

in boys, or mens? boys are extremely different than a mens size.

and what kind of work shoes? Non slip, Boots, etc.

You can always get insoles in them.

I would like men's shoes. Every boy's shoe i have tried on is flimsy. Work shoes as in office-type shoes. I like the ones that are plain with a square front. So I think non-slip would be good. Not boots. Plain in color. I wear bright orange or red polos, nice khaki type pants, and want some nice plain comfortable men's shoes to match. I am a 7.5 or 8 in women's shoes, a 38 in women's (European size) and a 6.5 (39) in boys. Insoles are a good idea. Thank you. But I also want a more sturdy shoe. I'm not the sturdiest walker and want to feel like I am not going to fall, and the boy's shoes that I have found do not fit the bill.

I have pretty big feet as I'm a 9/9.5 mens. I've never had problems with smaller sizes but I do think I never really see anything under 7. You can always look at any store such as walmart, target, pawn shops, stuff like that. OR
You can try shoes for crews. they're made for kitchen environments but

I have have these shoes and they've lasted me 2 years so far. and they're comfy.

They also have a vegan option.

Thanks so much! I am going to check these out. These look good. I've had one to many falls so I need comfy and sturdy shoes :). And I don't want animals in my shoes.
