looked on in dismay as he
shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
Then one day he was busy
trying to scratch an itch on
the darkest recesses of his desire;
on a full moon it bears.
Laura Squirrel stood under the moon...
...contemplating the shrill howl she heard.
She suddenly lept, when behind her
stood Kathy Cat, pointing and laughing.
"Who the hell is Kathy Cat?"
Laura pointed at her. "She's there!".

Things turned for the better when
A sinkhole opened and swallowed the armadillos.
