I just recently came out to some of my friends and family that I am genderfluid. My sex is female but my gender is about 50% masculine, 25% feminine, and 25% agender, and I'm androsexual. I always knew I was different, when I was in school the other kids seemed to pick up on that, mostly girls. By the time I reached high school it was horrid, I loved learning but the bullying became too much so I dropped out.
I love to do art, I have 2 cats and a dog, and I'm a shy introvert.
I'll be 32 in less than 2 months, and I'm short, like 4ft 11, short. Except my height, I am generally happy with my body, though on my more masculine days a packer helps. ;) There are times when I will wear a skirt or dress but I tend to feel as though I am cross-dressing so I get too nervous and awkward so I stay at home when I wear them.
I live in Ontario, Canada. So uh yeah, hi!

Hi Megan,
Welcome to Susans and congratulations on coming out.
I'm a 34 y/o transgirl living in Toronto, I just came out in January so I'm pretty new at all this as well, like you I was bullied in school, etc, so many of us share a similar background.
If you do ever feel like going out for a night I highly recommend Xpressions (xpressions.org) which is a transgender group that meets twice a month, one dinner night and one pub night, you don't even have to be dressed for the pubnights, drab is fine.
The Bouncing Bomb over in Oakville also has Girl's nights out which are less formal, not sure but I think they are bi-weekly.
Or if you just want a chat, feel free to message me on the forums or FB.

Welcome Megan! We seem to be similar because throughout my childhood and teenage years, I also felt different and got bullied by others for that and being ugly. In any case, we welcome you to the forums and I'm sure you'll find other people with similar stories here.
