FINALLY completed phalloplasty under Mr Christopher yesterday with the second testicle implant and urethral check (cytoscopy).
Had 4 stages, I started in June 2011 with a couple of complications along the way.
Thought I'd be finished a lot sooner but for various bureaucratic (one of few being allowed to have the Abdominal and ALT method on the NHS) and physical complications it's taken until now. There's been dark times, long never ending months but I just had to keep going.
I have sensation, a perfect urethra (took a few goes!) and a great looking, fully functioning cock. No erectile implant at this stage as able to penetrate my wife without one - in many different positions and no condom needed! ;D
Now to get on with normal life!

I wish you men did not have to endure so much to get to your end. Maybe someday it will be easier for others.
