Title: Insomnia post: Do you wear any if your daytime accessories going to sleep?
Post by: Evelyn K on July 03, 2014, 05:11:17 AM
I'm currently tapping away on my tablet about to doze off, but I am wearing exactly the same accessories in my avatar except my glasses. Two black jelly bracelets, a Tissot watch, a ring, also a necklace. I love how feminine my accessorized hands look this way. It's my personal signature. But I don't wear and sleep often. :D

Do you keep on any accessories to sleep?

Depending on what I was wearing during the day, but most of the time I tend to not take it off, like earings (not large or hanging ones), rings, bracelets chains etc.
It really depends on my mood or if it irritates me while trying to sleep.
I usually put on or change an accessory, and keep it on for a few days, unless its for a special occasion, obviously.

Necklace and sometimes a hair tie around my wrist if I had my hair in a ponytail before crawling into bed.

Speaking of... I should do that. My poor circadian rhythm

I keep my rings, partner bracelet and Fitbit Flex on 24/7. My earrings come off as I'm a tosser and turner and the backs usually end up poking me. Occasionally I forget and keep my necklace on, but try to remove it as I don't want it be tangled or the clasp to be broken.

no jewelry for me, ears not pierced (yet, and prob wont as long as I stay married) the only thing I have, as a thin braided "Sisters" bracelet I received from one of my online gaming sisters.  Really, other than that, I just sleep in some yoga pants and a tee..

I can only fall asleep in sleepwear.  I even had to take off my medi alert bracelet, no matter how exhausted I was I just can't have anything on me and be comfortable

If I'm just taking a nap I will leave everything on but for nighttime remove everything if I have small earrings in might leave those. Like Stephaniec I like to sleep in the nude.

Short list...
Stud earrings (pierced my ears 2 weeks ago) and a scrunchie (that I replace by a simple hair elastic if I leave the house).

Just took my nail polish off after 3 days. This stuff needs a lot of upkeep!

I think it's mostly good for occasions. Otherwise maybe a clear coat.

Only accessories I've ever really worn are earrings. I used to be really bad about taking them off, many times leaving them in when going to sleep as well as showering, after a while they didn't look as pretty as they originally were. Now, still only wear earrings, but I try to remind myself to take them off when I shouldn't be wearing them, but did accidently shower with them on the other day.
