The past day or so I've been really stressing myself out an unhealthy amount.
But I've been working out lots to distract myself, but now I'm having a huge amount of pain in the middle of my back and my left knee.
I'm so frustrated as it's one of those moments where Somatization disorder could be at play and it puts me in a confused stance of "waste time seeing the doctor" or "I hurt myself from pushing too hard."
Ugh, hate this..
