Title: 1st appt at Charing cross tomorrow :) advice..?

Title sums it up :) what should I expect? I've already seen someone privately for 6/7 months, so should I expect anything because of that..? Also what is the timeline for srs on the NHS and what are the different stages of treatment at Charon cross Gic from 1st appt to srs including psych assessment?
