Been thinking about this for a good few months now, but when we die will we go to heaven in the body we were born into or the body we are in now (after treatment and SRS)?
No one knows what actually happens.
I know for me that I wish I then would have a cis gendered female body.
Better do it now before death happens or you may get stuck with the body you are born with.Like what would happen if our body was mutilated(in a car accident) just before we die. so I hope that we would get a new one in the afterlife instead.
Jesus said that those counted worthy of eternal life shall be neither male nor female but as the angels of God.
I hope this helps.
May God bless.

I definately agree with Del on this. Your body will eventually go back to the earth. It is your eternal Spirit that God created that will go on. Dig up any old grave, don't really do it though, but I promise you everything that was physical body will be there. It may just be bones but there will be dirt and or dust and other things that were your skin and internal organs. So we know for sure that part won't go to Heaven.
It is a question that actually bugs me a lot. I want the androgyne physiology in heaven.
We don't get bodies until the Resurrection of the dead at the end of history. At that point, you get a perfected body. To me, it seems clear that transsexuals will get the body of the sex we were supposed to get but didn't get because of some mishap in the womb. So if you're a trans man, you'll get a male body and if you're a trans woman, you'll get a female body. I can't wait!
Does it really matter? The greatest promise is that we will be with Him and be at peace.
Personally, I feel that some things are best left at wonderment...
