Title: This is Crys!
Post by: CrysC on July 12, 2014, 02:12:47 AM
I've been to this site many times over the years but never created an account or posted until now.  Consider me shy, though nobody I know would really describe me like that.
Quick version of my background, born male, want to be female but still like women.  I've slowly feminized myself over the years and haven't abandoned my male life.  That could end my marriage and not sure what it would do to my kids, who are in their upper teens.  My wife has never been happier with me and we share more now than ever before but she's really not with me living as a woman.  She and I are completely open and she still loves me deeply.  She's just not into girls.  Anyhow, I've been on hormones for over a year now and have been blessed with better than average development necessitating sports bras and double shirts and such to get around still as a male.  Even then I'm pushing it.  I'm continuing to feminize myself slowly and need a couple of electrolysis treatments to wrap up the hair that would not laser from my face.  Next on my list is hair transplant to fix the thin top and receding male hairline.
But I'm not rushing.  At this point, I've never been so happy.  I still long to go all the way but it's a trade off that I currently do not wish to make.  I can occasionally go around as a girl but not around family or live that way.  My marriage hasn't been so good and I'm far closer to where I'd like to be than every before.  For now, it is enough.
So, that's a quick version of me.  Hi all.  I'm happy to be here and will try to chime in once in a while.

Hi Crys,
I hope everything continues to look up for you.
A situation with children has got to be really tough. I personally don't know that it would be horrible for a child to learn they had two moms, but obviously that varies by family.
I also am married, but my wife is a lesbian, who also isn't interested in me haha :D go figure.
You're not alone, I am sure you will meet a lot of great people here, I know I have.
