Hi

I used to watch this girl's youtube channel (i think she's called Amy) and she went to Kuldech. She was happy with her result although expectations vary.

Personally, i'm not sure if you want to go there. Having no website/only call to make appointment seems to dodgy for me.

If you are keen on low cost, then a similar option would be Dr Nara. I'm not promoting him - his reviews are equally rare - but hey he has a website at least! And one post-op pic which doesn't show much.

In my country, there are people who've been to him and referred him as a no frills doctor. There's hospital stay but expect to do most on your own. Things are functional but i haven't seen one so i can't judge.

Hope that helps.

i was his patient last year i underwent SRS. I expect what i should i expect after the surgery. Few minor things i noticed about the outcome but not big deal that will regret your decision. He is good and affordable.  He has no website because he doesnt need publicity coz he is already popular about SRS operation in Hatyai, Thailand

Most surgeons don't need web sites, but people like Suporn and Brassard have them.. Why? It attracts customers they might not otherwise get. It also allows me, as a customer, to see where the surgeon studied and has worked - and what else they do.

for people like them who really needs well-off clients, having excellent medium of advertisement can give them business.  However for Dr. Kuldech is different. In my own experience. i noticed him that he served himself as a surgeeon for those who cannot afford expensive surgery without compensating patient health and safety. when i was there in his clinic, he can do breast, nose and sr surgery others are adams apple removal, etc.

In order to even consider a surgeon, I'm going to want to know something of their history.. Where they studied, where they've worked and possibly who with.. Where they've done further education and in what.

I think I kinda agree with Kelly, On the one hand I don't care how fancy the website is because I'm not a computer so his IT skills don't interest me but on the other I'm trusting a Surgeon with my life, I understand that some people are so good or so well known that they don't need to advertise but I want to know allot about their results and after care and know that they have been properly trained. Just because Thai Trans are well informed about him isn't really a recommendation as for allot of them money is an even bigger issue than for many people people from wealthier countries. There aren't too many ways to save money doing SRS without compromising safety or after care so while I won't choose a Surgeon just because he has a big following on sites like this I also wouldn't choose one just because he's cheaper than the rest. When I chose Dr Chett it was because the information I could find from many sources combined with the response and attention I received when I made enquiries with him led me to conclude that he would give me the result I wanted at a fairly reasonable price  :)

Maybe this Dr is the best there is and is just undiscovered talent but I still think it's a risk. Just my opinion

Hugs

Sorcha

I believe good publicity through internet, forum and gossip can really deceive clients.

With this simple record about him that he is license surgeon in Thailand and finished his training in 1986 plus the women i talked with about their experiences after the operation are enough for me.

Kuldech Techanaparukse, M.D  .

Unbelievable Facts

Most people do not know that it is legal for an MD to do all kinds of surgery.

Most people misunderstand that advertising cosmetic services are always run by plastic surgeons.

Most good surgeons do not advertise!

Non-plastic surgeons outnumber true plastic surgeons.

I, personally will not have any type of surgery with a surgeon I know very little about.  It's great to save money, and get something done sooner, rather than later, but TBH, you only have one shot at this, so I think you would be better off, being as selective as possible, even if you have to wait a little longer to have the surgery.

Hi, I know Dr. Kuldech, he had been doing plastic surgery in Hadyai for more than 10 years, mostly southern Thai girl will do with him. I know fews girl that got srs with him, his work is nice, look really natural. More like a teen vigina. No stiching marks and all the components is there. One of a very high experience surgeon in Thailand that provide low price. But you should not expect a fancy facility though. There are many review of his work in Thai surgery forum. Good luck with your SRS.

I accompanied a young lady from the US to Hat Yao where she had the M to F surgery with Dr. Kuldech. My initial impressions of him were mixed. He obviously has an excellent reputation in the area and has been doing this a long time. The first visit to his personal clinic was also positive and he seemed friendly enough.  The end result for my friend was indeed a good one. That being said, there was ZERO pain management and his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. The hospital he uses (Rajandee) seemed decent enough and the care was adequate, however, at the end of the day, while nice, they were pretty useless and just brought Tylenol and took vitals. The patient was taken off a small dose of Morphine after three days and given totally ineffective pain meds and left to suffer after an intense invasive surgery. Kuldech refuses to budge on meds. Unacceptable.

Full disclosure. Patient developed several infections and spent a week in a US hospital upon landing in the States. She's fine now and the Neo-vagina is fully functional and looks great. $3900 got a good doc and bare bones experience. Looking back, we both agree that perhaps a well known doctor in Bangkok was probably a better option even if the cost was s few thousand more.
