I had fun last night venting some frustration (at a friend's friends finding it "too hard" to call them "they") by making this - seems to be popular!

Nice one my friend!
Good one!
Them, their, they...
So many ways to make that phrase work.
The key to so many things is simply to just get over it.
Can't figure out that persons gender?
Step one is to not worry about it.

Excellent. I have always felt that I should ask which pronoun I should use but I probably shouldn't worry about it as them, their, they work well

Actually on the pronoun issue I have some fairly strong feelings, but the acceptance of the plurality is fine. I don't like it for me though.
I prefer h'er, sh'e for myself as a physically female oriented non binary. An accurate visual presentation of myself genderqueer. He'r and s'he for male oriented. But I made all this foolishness up LOL. It does reveal my take on the individual non binary, which I would use. The Sie and Hir pronouns always seemed to be great for the andro's. I use their when I am totally confused as to their preferences.
But it doesn't matter. The flag and the freedom it represents matters a lot.
Like "you", "they" has been correctly both singular and plural for centuries now. It's a pretty recent deliberate mutation of English to denormalise singular "they", and it was done not for reasons of grammar, but for reasons of property law. Using they doesn't pluralise anyone.
Eh, I wasn't the first to parody the poster, as it turns out - there's this:
