Lets say nature showers great genetics on you for transition ,but you do only have the genes to give you either incredibly beautiful face or an out of this world perfectly shaped body. . how is your brain wired to bring you to a happy transition. Understanding that the relief from dysphoria is the main reason to transition , but what kind of extra benefits would give you that dream life. I think personally I'd love to have the body of Sofia Loren if not the face. I love the Idea of walking around in a perfect dress showing off my figure. I'd be one happy little camper. just a useless fluffy question.
You sure think up some crazy scenarios Stephanie! Can't pick this one. I'm happy with a reasonable face and a reasonable body. Now if I could just get some reasonable hair I'd be really happy!
Probably face. I really focus there when I look in the mirror it seems.
Definitely face. Sure, all the other parts are nice, but the face is really a person's main attraction to me.
Lots more hair ... but only on my head!
I used to feel face but now I'm going to have to say body; its the hardest to alter. Face you can get surgery and can do ++ makeup tricks and hacks to smooth things over :)
If I had a choice of choosing either face really beautiful or bangin' body, but if it meant which ever I chose would make the other worst, I'll stick with how I am now. But if I could choose and there'd be no backlash to the other, lets say, my face, then I'd take that super hot body! ;D My face is fine as is, my body while slim and overall small frame even though slightly tall still leaves much to be desired.
I just like the idea of my hips being seen a mile away
Totally body! That is one of the largest factors in my dysphoria. I love makeup and all that, but I feel disgusting being seen in public because of my masculine body.
At a certain point in my transition I went a point where I realized most of my previous activities were just anti-depressives or escape from reality (job included). Based on that being able to fill the time with new activities more quickly would make me a lot happier. Long walks do the trick for now but I'm a bit too tired the next day :-) .
Otherwise I'm very satisfied with my body already. Although having a bit smaller feet would help a lot so that I'm not limited to a single shop with "large" shoes :-) .
Well this is in easy one, the face of course. It's gonna take some evasive surgery to get this mug where it needs to be.
I'd go with the body too. At least the face can be altered with surgeries. Not much you can do about large hands and feet, skinny hips, broad shoulders, and a barrel for a ribcage.
If I could have a petite body with rockin curves... um yeah, no contest there.
I've already got the body with the curves, so I have to go with face. Oh to have smooth soft facial skin without scars on a dainty heart shaped face would be my dream.
Many say, well the face can be altered with surgery. Well, that type of surgery takes $$ to the likes I'll never have. Maybe for those who are young and able to work, or are already financially stable surgery is an option. But for a poor girl like me on a low fixed income, I'd have to hit the lottery or win big in Vegas before I'll be able to afford purely cosmetic facial surgery, so these scars of mine aren't going away anytime soon.

I would say the body just because i didn't start HRT yet and I have a male body D: and I really want curves, I can't wait to start HRT lol

I resemble that remark. 8)
I would go for face.
What good is a smoking hot body if your face looks like a manly man?
I think my biggest issue is my thighs. I've some some weird things going on there. I have these narrow and shallow dents running along my veins in that area. Its very strange. If that doesn't change (and its been that way for 3 or 4 years), then I don't think I could ever wear a bikini in public.
Both would be very pleasant to have. However, I would go for the body simply because my face is more feminine than my body, but obviously given the choice I would just be happy to be born in 'right' body, if you can even call it that.
100% agree

I think a second "X" chromosome would have suited me best.

Some of us have two X chromosomes, but having it doesn't make things easier, on the contrary. I have to side with Auroramarianna, in that I'd rather have been born in the right body with normal genitals.

It would have been wonderful Steph, truly wonderful. But alas, we must all play the cards we're dealt. How we live with our struggles makes us who we are I can finally after all these years see a light at the end of the tunnel. It's still a little far, but I can see it, which is more than I could say 6 months and 3 weeks ago.

Yea no worries Jill, as Steph said we're all family here. I kind of thought you were joking anyway. Besides, now we can call you Snarky, lol!!
