Title: clothes and genital dysphoria
Post by: Madison (kiara jamie) on July 28, 2014, 04:07:08 PM
so for most of my life i haven't had and outlandish hate rid of my genitals like most transgender mtf's, mostly because in the past i have worn male clothes that i really have no interest in and male genitalia isn't something that is visible in mens clothes so i never really saw it on a daily basis, but now that i am wearing tight form fitting female clothes i have started to get a really frustrating anger to having it there, lots of times i will buy clothes and think how cute it would look on me, but when i get the clothes and try them on i am angered at how difficult it is to keep things hidden and then how annoying it is that when i get dressed i have to work an operation to get things in place and then deal all day with maintaining something that is litterally a pain in my ass, lol all day long,

i am just wondering if any others have had this problem, or if anyone else has had this development happen through their transition

Fortunately I belong to the Itsy Bitsy Eenie Weenie Club. Even so, to get the right "shape" with a pair of form fitting pants or jeans it requires a fair degree of tucking to make it believable. Annoying but it hasn't heightened my dysphoria.

Those parts of me are inconvenient if the item of clothing has a seam down the middle like some teddies or lace panties tend to have.  Seems like my cookie wants to go one side of the seam or the other and UGH...so frustrating. So I try to avoid seam down the middle lingerie.  And I'm not a 'big' girl there either. Majority of people don't look there anyways so don't worry about it.  Have you seen how many women out there sport camel toes?? and here you are worried about that.  But I do know what the problem is like.  Check out Chrysalis lingerie.. I believe its up and running now. Its lingerie for girls in our situation made by girls in our situation. As for the dysphoria,  I'm not aware of experiencing that feeling.  Not much bothers me, heck sometimes I just go commando if the jeans are tight enough and hold things quite nicely in place.  Would be nice if I had  the correct genitals though and then we would be talking about the seam on the lingerie rubbing us the wrong way...

I do women's biker shorts~ They are tight enough to keep everything in it's proper place, I don't feel like I have to do a full tuck (or sometimes no tuck at all). *shrug* my girlfriend sometimes wears them beneath skirts and things, so I mean, it's not extremely abnormal either, and they stretch and flex nicely~

I wouldn't want to wear them constantly, but I mean, for the odd occasion they make things significantly easier.

I never had an issue there because I used to tape it down with sports strapping tape.

Make sure the area is shaved so where the tape is going there is no hair at all, even a little bit will tear hair out.
You can get the area waxed if you want, most places do not care one way or another if you are female, male, trans or alien.

I would have 2 showers a day, one in the morning, get the area ready, tape, go out, after a few weeks you'll be so good at it you'll be able to pull off the tightest jeans you can find.
If you're on HRT, you won't have to deal with movement down there at all, and the right way to could go 24 hours without the need to take the tape off.

The trick when taking it off the best thing was to get some "dissolve it", spray that on the area, wait 10 minutes, so wash your face, do your nails etc. then jump in the shower, it'll fall off.

Are you telling me you'd go 24 hours without peeing?   ???
