What is the issue? Not knowing what to expect? It basically works by titration, suggest your dr to measure your hormone levels through a test when he/she is back and that's the starting point, if estrogen is low then your dr will increase the estradiol and if your T is high he will likely increase your spiro (if possible) you can't really know for sure if the dose is right for you from start, everyone starts on what would work on an average person and titrate from there to a personalised regimen.
yeah just so i know a personal view on the way Spiro and Estrofem work together what are the pros and cons really just so i have a clearer view i cannot seem to find any answers for the type of questions I'm looking for been looking since i found out what ones i was going to be taking since april.
my local pharmacy only had a lower dosage of Spiro and i would have to wait for the higher ones to be ordered but i fort i could just ask online as a bit of advise till i could reach my doctor.
i have had a very recent blood and hormone levels test all came back normal my serum testosterone was 29.3 nmol/L
and my serum oestradiol was 110 pmol/L Male reference range
They don't work 'together', they independently do what they're meant to...reduce testosterone and increase estrogen respectively. There's no actual confluence.
