Title: First pill again! weight question?
Post by: Pebblez on August 13, 2014, 02:25:10 PM
So just got my pills to start transitioning for second time.

first was illegal and i ended up throwing them away cus of depression, worry, anxiety-tbh not sure

lost 35 lbs in last 2 months and hoping for more

if i keep at 1200 calorie diet of healthy foods and keep exercising 30 minutes a day will i still continue to lose weight?

Just wanted to edit and say that i have stopped losing weight last week or so and heard it is even harder after starting is why i ask

Glad you joined our family. Hope this time you are under doctors care?

Welcome to Susan's, Pebblez :)
I'm assuming you have a script for the current batch, right? (Just checking)
Re: the diet, my assumption would be yes, but if you want a more accurate assessment, maybe you should ask a nutritionist. The key is to have a balanced diet, you know, protein, greens, little bit of complex carb, but I can't tell you what that balance is for you. We're all a bit different. Excercise, very important. You need balance there too.

hope this helps...
