So just got my pills to start transitioning for second time.
first was illegal and i ended up throwing them away cus of depression, worry, anxiety-tbh not sure
lost 35 lbs in last 2 months and hoping for more
if i keep at 1200 calorie diet of healthy foods and keep exercising 30 minutes a day will i still continue to lose weight?
Just wanted to edit and say that i have stopped losing weight last week or so and heard it is even harder after starting is why i ask

Re: the diet, my assumption would be yes, but if you want a more accurate assessment, maybe you should ask a nutritionist. The key is to have a balanced diet, you know, protein, greens, little bit of complex carb, but I can't tell you what that balance is for you. We're all a bit different. Excercise, very important. You need balance there too.
