Almost 3 months now on estrogel with interesting result. I have gained quite a bit of fat but at the same time lost a lot of muscle and it's about tit for tat so actual weight has stayed the same. Breast growth is crazy. Trouble is I had no muscle to start with so lifting things and just doing normal everyday tasks has become difficult.
That's great news!!! :)

Seems quick, but very welcomed ;-)
You didn't mention a blocker so if this is estrogen alone I think you are going to be very happy over time

I'm on spiro too.
Glad things are moving quickly for you :)
When I started HRT I welcomed losing muscles in my hands but now that it's become really difficult to get certain things done I've decided to do some push ups every day to get a bit of upper strength back. Can always stop them if it gets too much.

I tried lifting something the other day that before I had never had a problem but this time I had to get help. At first I thought it was stuck but then my boss came over and picked right up.
I used to be able to do normal push-ups no problem, like 10-20 in a row. Now even one is hard to do! I have to do them "female-style" with knees touching the floor.
I know the feeling. I developed the bingo wing effect and lost 1/2 ish of my upper body strength, and my boyfriend HATES it since he has to help me all the time :p
