So I really don't know if this has been asked yet or not and if it has I'm sorry. I'm wondering if clitoral piercing's are possible for us when post op? If they are possible to have done would they still increase sensitivity as they do in cis women?
With everything that SRS involves with the nerve pathways I don't believe I would try it. It is your body though. I have even seriously considered no labia piercings. :eusa_think:
Possibly, possibly not..
Something to consider, the placement of the piercing will be based on standard female anatomy, and regardless of how your's might look, it's not quite the same physically. There would be a risk that in completeing the piercing that something else (unexpected by the piercer) may be damaged..
Easy to answer. NO.
There are not enough nerves there to survive.
There is also the nerve bundle and blood supply there that used to supply a much larger phallo.
Even a hood piercing is a NO
Now one could and i would have the doctor do it is the inner labia possible.
if I have grs no way in hell is any non medical professional with a pliers getting that close

Well said there Stephaniec.
Yeeeowwww!!!
OK, that out of the way... :) I do know of trans women who've had the hood pierced. None who had it done to the actual clit (to be fair, I think cis women who do so are rare too, as it's such a hugely nerve-rich area). If you wanted that, you might need to check with your surgeon first. I don't personally see any reason why not once you're long-healed, though; I know my own anatomy well enough by now to be confident nothing else was going to be at risk.
Wow. I just spent $25000 for this one-of-a-kind beautiful, exquisite, delicate painting by an amazing artist. Do you think I should shoot an arrow or two through it once I hang it on the wall?
The glans penis has about half the total nerve endings as the clitoris. Even adjusting for placement changes and such, we can't alter that basic fact. A piercing distinctly runs the risk of damaging more of those leaving you with even fewer neural endings.
It's not something I would do on that basis alone.
I think a nose ring would be seen easier
