I recently tried brainstorming a list of things I wanted to do that I could only do while I was still a guy. I only came up with two things:
- Get a fancy barber shop shave
- Go to a strip club?
I'm getting the shave tomorrow which will be interesting. Plus it's the first time I've gone without a goatee in years. I'm not sure how my toddler son will take it. I've heard kids can really freak out about their dad getting rid of facial hair.
As for the strip club, I'm not so sure. I'm not that interested and I could always go as a girl if I really wanted to anyway.
Anything else anyone can think of for a guy bucket list?
write your name in the snow?
scratch your balls in public?
go to a parts store and actually have them think you might know what you're doing?
Women go to strip clubs all the time (female dancers)
A tailor made pin stripe suit.
Properly adjusted a suit always looks good on somebody, male or female. But the images I've always seen of somebody picking the cloth and being measured have been guys, and if I ever did that it would have to be a pinstripe
hookup with a straight girl :icon_eyebrow:
or, in my experience, the best thing you can do as a guy: start transitioning
Strip clubs to me, are just... meh. The last one I went to was Scores in Vegas about a decade ago and I got a lap dance and all but it was more of a chore than anything.
There's really nothing I would want to do as a guy that I couldn't do as a woman. I really can't think of anything. Rock climbing? Sky diving? Mountain climbing? I can do that in a female form.

I actually had to get a suit back in May for my cousin's bachelor party. I've never liked wearing suits so it was my first time buying one, I'd always rented in the past for special events. It felt like a waste of money when I bought it and considering I probably won't be wearing it again for obvious reasons I guess it turns out I was right! Oh well, maybe I can sell it on craigs list or something...
Just get ready for one heck of a rash where the goatee is. I kept on for a year and my god when I got rid of it. It took about 2 weeks for the razor burn to go away and never grew facial hair again. I don't even go a day without shaving anymore.
As for strip clubs, where do bi girls or lesbians go? Of course being bi I can hit the male strip clubs too without guilt. >:-)
But other than that. I have no bucket list. I never really cared for being a guy anyway. Most of the stuff guys enjoy I just really never cared for. Even the strip club. I would rather go to a club that I can be a flirt and so on. Yeah, I know I'm weird, but why change now? :P
I foolishly got a fast car when I was younger and regret not putting the money towards my transition. Having a hot rod was on my bucket list since I was a kid. Used to go to strip clubs when I was heavily in denial too, but it wasn't on any of my lists.
Go on a sorority house panty raid?
Drive a lifted pickup truck and roll coal for a city block.
I'm surprised nobodies said the one I'm thinking... However, I don't feel comfortable saying it xD

Moonlighting as a drag queen? ;D
I hope you are not thinking a threesome with two girls...because it is not that great.
As for me, the only things I can think of is going to Vegas as a high roller so the showgirls would swoon all over me, and judge a bikini contest...but then again, I suppose it is plausible enough for me to get these things done whether I am male or female.
I've actually been thinking about this very thing lately. There's nothing on my list that I
couldn't do as a woman. But some of the things just wouldn't be on most women's list. The following are a few from my actual list:
- Run with the bulls in Spain
- Go to every major league baseball stadium
- Own a cigar bar/lounge
- Sub 80 score for round of golf
- Play Pebble Beach
- Own a Triumph motorcycle
And I still really, really want to do all these things!
I pretty much did the one thing I had to do before beginning that awkward period between going full-time and getting surgery: I took ballet (since it would be hard to hide my anatomy in a pair of tights). But when and if I get surgery I can pick that up again so it's not a big deal.
I can't think of anything... Most of the things I really enjoy are things I can do as a woman and I can't say I have any regrets.

"This incredible photo marks the end of Matador Torero Alvaro Munera's career. He collapsed in remorse mid-fight when he realized he was having to prompt this otherwise gentle beast to fight. He went on to become an avid opponent of bullfights. Even grievously wounded by picadors, he did not attack this man.
Torrero Munera is quoted as saying of this moment: "And suddenly, I looked at the bull. He had this innocence that all animals have in their eyes, and he looked at me with this pleading. It was like a cry for justice, deep down inside of me. I describe it as being like a prayer - because if one confesses, it is hoped, that one is forgiven. 1.Take up sky jumping
2. Go Hiking in the Grand Canyon
3. Ride down into the Canyon on a horse or mule
4. Go white water rafting in any river with strong rapids including Grand Canyon
5. Go to all NFL parks wearing the visiting team colors
in other words if you are a Packer fan while at Lambeau go to the game wearing Bear or Viking
colors. I'm a Packer fan even before the ice bowl with Dallas
6. Go caving in any cavern
7. Visit all National Parks like Yosemite and Yellowstone (All of Yellowstone Park is one gigantic volcano that hasn't erupted in 60,000 years
I had one thing on my bucket list.
1: Stay alive until I can be who I actually am
Well I had my shave. It was an interesting experience. Kind of nerve wracking since straight razors make me nervous. It wasn't as enjoyable as I've heard it made out to be, oh well. My wife says I look much younger without the goatee and my son looked at me a little strange but he didn't freak out.
Meh. Everything I really want to do in life I can still do after transition. Whatever I can't actually do as a woman is mostly just sexual stuff I don't want to do anymore anyways... and I've done enough of that as it is. I guess the only other thing is being in public with a shirt off... yay? Shaving? Whatever.
I suppose I'm curious what sex with a woman would be like, but it's not something I would ever try.
I want to drive a high powered car around a racetrack. Something like a Ferrari. One of these days I'll go out to Vegas and rent the experience.

The answer is so simple.
Eat.
A pickle.
I went there.
Shy of pulling out your penis in public and flashing it to the poor little old lady at the bus stop, theres nothing on any bucket list that a girl can't do.

Really?? I thought you needed a penis to play the male role?

I'm scared.
I think it would be awesome to go up to a transgender woman while you are still living as a guy and tell her how beautiful she is. It could really make a difference to someone's life if a seemingly regular guy showed his acceptance and appreciation of her beauty.

I've read quite a few posts on here and it's kind of shocked me how so many trans women are into cars. Since being a little kid, I've always been fascinated by cars, even going as far as remembering every single spec of certain models. I was looking through my old video collection from when I was around 4 or 5, and it's just a huge selection of top gear and Thomas the tank engine episodes. Lol!
Guy Bucket List Item #74879563287534
Take a trip to a foreign country that discriminates against woman, and be like "Whaddup, I'm a woman, I got man rights!!!"
There is one thing girls definitely can't do: enjoy male privilege!
I cant say that it is a male only thing but i kinda wanted to get this project running and go on a poker run with all of my friends....

If you're talking about the oozing testosterone, "Grog make fire" type, then no I'm with you. I have a list of sporting events I would love to see on my bucket list, but I come from an active family and I work in gambling. Sport has always been apart of my life. So it would be natural for me to want to see these places. But I can do them as a guy or a girl they are not exclusively male.
I think part of it comes from the gender bias we are guilty of occasionally. From what flowers we give a new mother, to the first toy you go to give a child. To qualities we associate with the genders.
It may be unintentional but over time some activities become perceived as. "Oh yeah that's a real guy thing" or "Your doing that! but that's for girls"

Maybe I am just weird, strange, or whatever. I have never had anything "guy" that I ever wanted to do. BTW I know how to make fire, But my name is Jessica and have a Bic and plenty of newspaper. ;)
I don't know, the more I think about it the weirder or more abnormal I seem. ???
You use a bic and newspaper? I have my pop's temper I've been told I can look at something and it will burst into flames >:-).
You're drive a truck occasionally correct? Wouldn't some people consider that a "guy" thing to do. The fact that you are thinking you are weird is what makes you normal. We are all individuals (no I'm not), unique and different in our own way. If we where all the same I would have to start looking for the pods lying around and start heading for the hills.

Where I was raised, girls were as likely to do this as the boys, same with hunting, fishing, and driving tractors to school (yes, people actually would drive farm tractors to school on occasion for special days).

Yeah occasionally I drive a truck, and did for a long time but good god, do you know how many women in the US drive trucks, so no it ain't a "guy" thing anymore by a long shot. It may be 4 to 1 man to woman driving trucks here. Power steering and automatic transmissions on some trucks for husband and wife teams that can't drive standard transmissions. Not to mention there are other drivers that are trans out there so I would say it is probably about half and half ciswoman, transwoman together and man possibly. I have definitely seen my share for sure.
