Two weeks ago I decided to get labs drawn to test my hormone levels to see if they're indicative of 47XXY. I have the F/U appt. Wednesday. If the labs lead to further study I'll get karyotype testing done. Certain parts of my morphology lead me to suspect 47 XXY and given the comorbidities I figured it's a good thing to know. 47-XXY people see their chance for breast cancer increase from 1.3 per 100,000 to 120.9 per 100,000. Definitely something that bears looking into. The incidence of GID increases by about six times in people with 47XXY (or its variants) so whilst I don't need validation of my trans-identity, I figure it's good to know that I may have a chance of breast cancer that matches the chance in genetic females.
What happened with the tests?

What happened with the tests?
Low T, High FSH and LH. The labs are positive for 47-XXY now I need to get karyotype tested for verification.
Good luck keep us posted
