Title: Hi there
Post by: jillayne on August 26, 2014, 05:48:48 PM
My name is Jillayne and I am in my 60's. I live in Visalia,Ca. I have wanted to be a girl all of my life. I am gay. I am not attracted to women at all, only men. I was on estrogen in the 1990's when I lived close to Mexico where they are available over the counter. I started wearing women's clothing when I was very young. I recently retired so the financial need to fake it as man is over. I look foreward to having a bit of surgery soon. I can't afford an SRS operation tho.

Welcome to Susan's family

I am also in that AARP range of age. Never to old to be happy. I so feel age is just a number.
As for surgery, being in California your insurance company should cover your GD related care.
So ya lots of good things have come over the last few years for GD health care.

Pull up a chair and give a look over the following links for the site info...
Safe passage on your path, popcorn?

welcome! they are several others in your age bracket and plenty who aren't far behind. You'll find all sorts of information and connections at Susan's. I'm glad you finally get to be who you really are.

One thing, since you are a woman, attracted to men, you aren't actually gay. At least that's what I've learned since accepting my trans* self
