So, it was one year ago today that I took my first steps on the road to becoming myself.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank the community here at Susan's. This place, and the people here, have been so very valuable to me over the last twelve months. The knowledge, support, guidance and even just the sense of not being alone on this roller-coaster ride have meant so very much.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
I have been living full time for a few months now...and I mean FULLY living as a woman. Life couldn't be more amazing, and I savor every single breath that I take. To top it all off, I met someone recently and it looks serious...he's completely amazing and supportive, and doesn't mind that I'm not "finished" yet...but is totally willing to help me pay for my GRS, hopefully next year.
Anyway...it seems there IS a pot of gold at the end of this Trans* rainbow....thank you for helping me find it.
