I was just wondering if he does type III forehead reconstruction. I might not need it, and I'm having SRS first, but it will be good to know. Sorry for taking up your time. :(
Can't you call his office and ask to find out?
I had surgery with him in May of this year. He did type II but my forehead still has brow bossing to this day. Roni, another member here had type III with him about a month after my surgery and she came out great. ADVICE: Do it RIGHT the first time.

can you explain type II please?
Sorry, it was actually a type I, type II they use filler. Dr Cardenas performed a type I procedure where he only shaved down the orbital rims, he did NOT set back the frontal sinus. My frontal sinus remains prominent and on one side there is still some orbital rim bossing. If you have any doubts if type I is aggressive enough for the amount of bossing you have then go with type III. This is NOT a surgery you want to have to go through twice... TRUST ME. I really want to do a revision but it's such a daunting procedure and recovery that I'm not even sure I have the courage to go through it again.
Basically, he does, but he prefers not to.
