Title: Introduction and self-centred musings
Post by: krys on August 04, 2007, 12:17:43 PM
Hi,

Jus to introduce myself  :)

Given my current internal flux I am not nearly as skilled with words as perhaps I should be, given that I am usually writing prose, but such is life.

I am 26, from the United Kingdom (though spent much of my life abroad) and was believed to be mtf, though hindsight, that most torturous of all gifts, I have discovered that I am far more androgyne, which has promoted my life status "very complicated" to "just plain ludicrous". I have not really been any TG related forums in a long time (a few years at least) and it is really only the last year or so that I've really begun to understand myself.

What lies in front of me now is far more frightening to me than anything I have been through before, and I have been through much in a relatively short life, and hopefully friends and support will see me through as they did before, though I fear my own identity may be even less socially acceptable than I had previously thought, and I did not enjoy an envied position to begin with.  :-\

However, this is the hand I was given by the gods, in their infinite, if somewhat strange, wisdom, so here goes "know thyself 2.0"

It's an interesting world...   ;D

Welcome and Hello, Krys!

I'm happy to make your acquaintance!

Please take a few moments, if you haven't already, to peruse our terms of Service at https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.0.html

And please avail yourself of the whole site.  While the forums are wonderful, the Wiki, Links and Chat sections are very nice too.

I hope we'll be seeing much more from you in the future.

hugs & smiles
Emelye

Hi Krys,
First, welcome to Susan's. You'll love it here :) Lots of information, lots of support, and a great community! I know it's hard to do the soul-searching and dig deep to find out the answers to the questions you ask, but you sound like you are on the right path. Keep questioning and answer yourself honestly. Self-acceptance is the first step to moving forward in anything really, take your time, get to know yourself :) Meghan

Hey ya Krys, *gives the Androgyne-secret-handshake* welcome to the club 8)
I hang out mostly in the Androgyne sphere, so you'll see me around there, and I hope to see you as well.

To be Androgyne is to be quite lost I suppose, but luckily there's a bunch of people around here to lift up some rocks and reveal what's beneath them.  ;D
"know thyself 2.0"? How about we do a little twist and add "Fear not what thou dost not know 1.2" ;)

Hehe, anyhow, all there is left for me to say is; don't be afraid to ask questions, go mingle, and salutations.

Hi Krys,

I like how you spell your name.

I'm not sure why you think being androgyne is going to be tough.  We should call it the Judo Gender. Our mighty powers allow us to effortless flip the men and the women. By my calculations, we will control this planet within a mere 2.730 million years. That's going to come quicker than you think. You may want to buy some clothes for the event.

    See you around.

Welcome Krys,

Glad to have you join. And especially welcome to any androgyne posts you may make.

Its not all bad news being who you naturally are. In fact it can be quite rewarding. A mixture of pluses and minuses.

Welcome to the group.

Whats more interesting? The puppeteer or the strings that make up the world?
