I concur
Sounds like a hoax, sad if it isn't. I wish we could all go back to landlines for the most part.

I got rid of my landline phone number I had for over 40 years, I just can't deal with another political season with Democrats, Republicans, Independents and whatever pollsters ringing me continuously with questions and robocalls filling up my voicemail inbox with their BS.

I had never given it any thought, but is that why I don't get those? Because I don't have a landline? I figured I was just lucky.
I cut off my landline years ago when we were RVing a lot, and never had one since... To be able to have a phone on me 24/7, unlimited world calling, text, and internet, I could post this comment from my phone anywhere, plus all the music etc., its too much to resist..
My plan is cheap too, on MetroPC for $93. A month, no contract.. Hard to resist... ;)
