Title: Started HRT since 8 days ago...
Post by: Julia on September 08, 2014, 06:06:23 AM
Please give me advice.
I started hormones one week ago Sunday. Have you felt the day 3, a small breasts change until the sixth day. Small fat deposits also began to feel, and the development of the milk ducts.
Day 7 of the latter no longer feel even again completely flat chest. - As has been established, completely disappeared. :(
You might not expect such a good result as the first 4-5 days I had hoped?
What happened was that now, so the 9th day of my face, as if pressed against it, but the other regressed :( ...
What I'm taking: Morning Estrofem and one piece of Provera

No dosages Please

Hi Julia

Firstly, welcome to the forum.

I don't know what you were expecting but HRT isn't an instant breast development kit. It will take many, many, many months for your breasts to grow and develop - just as they do for cis girls going through puberty. It is awesome that you even felt anything in the first few days, many others do not. Patience is the key. You will get there in time but give it time. :)

I am afraid that what I felt before the changes, and then disappeared ...
In January, I will be 30 years old, it may be too late to have the courage?

I started at age 47 and am now at 13 months of HRT with good development and the process still well underway. The human body can't just shift hormonal gears overnight. It's great you felt something so soon, but it's also common for the physical sensations related to changes in your body to start and stop all the time.

Hi Julia

I started lowish dose HRT 5 months ago.  I am 45, and am surprised to see more growth than I expected, but then, I wasn't really watching out for the changes, deliberately, and things just kind-of popped up!

My advice is to forget about your breasts and get on with life and with being a girl (or a girl in training!)  :D    After 3 months or so, get your homone levels checked regardless to ensure that yours are in acceptable ranges.

Hormones are no magic potion, Obelix.  :)  If your dosage is right, small but wonderful mental and physical changes will happen, very gradually....

Hugs
Julia

Actually, because I'm scared that first time I felt something change, then it suddenly disappeared.
You Julia, when she began to become visible on your chest no matter what?

Seriously, you'll be fine. It's very common for sensations to start and stop and start again.

I think I noticed something visible after around 6 weeks - slightly puffy areolae.

It's like watching your hair grow - you don't notice anything, and then one day you realise how long it is. :D
