So as the title says, I'm up and walking around again and have the brace off to strengthen my knee again. I'm wondering though if anyone has any suggestions for getting my wiggle back? After 3 months on crutches or in a brace that wouldn't let me bend my knee I lost it and somehow got that ugly motionless man walk back again
when I learned to have the womanly gate in my step i had to think of a heart shaped butt moving side to side as i walked and mirror it in my mind with my body
Just make sure you keep your hips forward and shoulders back. Carry your weight in your hips, not your upper body as you walk, good posture does wonders.

You have a good point, and mine is so bad now that one of my sisters is threatening to buy and strap me into a corset. She said that the crutches were the worst thing to happen to my posture because of how I leaned against them.
