Hey there!
So, I am two months in to HRT and while this is definitely too soon to see much figure development (though my guy pants don't fit and I do have noticeable breast growth), I am a little discouraged when I look in the mirror and see my broad shoulders and thick core.
I have a lot of core strength built up over the years and as such have a somewhat bulky (though slim.. Ish) torso. Is this ever going to go away? Is there anything I can do to help it along? If corsetting is recommended, where do I get a good quality one?
Cheers,
Zeah
How long have you been on hrt? It took almost two years for what lil muscle mass I had to disappear and make my shoulders finally look feminine and round. So I'd figure if you have a lot of muscle mass it will take a lot longer but as they say your mileage shall vary. The other big factor minus the time on hrt is your posture, are you standing up straight with your shoulders back and hips forward as you walk? If I let my shoulders go forward I look like I have big broad shoulders still, so keeping them back in proper posture minimizes the shoulders a ton.

^^^This.... I had no idea just how bad my posture was until I started paying attention.... and how much it helps when I stand properly
Thank you! I have fairly excellent posture since I had to train that after dislocating my shoulder. As mentioned, just two months of HRT, it's really not very long. I also used to lift weights and worked in construction so I have a somewhat well developed masculine physique.
