Fox finished last in GLAAD's Network Responsibility Index, which tracks the quantity, quality and diversity of images of lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgendered people (LGBTs).
Researchers issued grades for each of the five broadcast network after viewing 4,693 hours of programming.
