Post by: keatonh on September 25, 2014, 10:59:03 AM
I'm sure this is probably a stupid question but I plan on taking T in the future but currently my mom really wants me to get those Guardasil shots. will that affect T at all or..?

I had those shots and now I'm on T. I don't think it does anything other than protect you from... HPV? Whatever it's for. It had no effect on my getting on T, and I'm experiencing what I should for  a little over 2weeks on it.
Just be prepared those shots are surprisingly painful XD not getting the shot, but the soreness afterwards.

They're recommending it for sexually active young men now. The virus is spread via sex, so even if you don't feel the symptoms you can be a carrier.

I got Guardasil from the doctor who prescribes me T while I was on T... She didn't have any worry about any side effects.
