Title: Question to anyone that can help
Post by: Karla B on August 08, 2007, 03:08:29 AM
I see alot of people that post  have imoticons and other cute little characters that are animated. A good example is at the bottom of  Tinks posts.
My avatar is supposed to be animated,Can anyone tell me why it doesn't work? Thanks.

Because you are NOT a moderator!  >:D ;D  Just kidding!  ;)

I don't know (I don't think it has nothing to do with the site but with the way you saved the image).  Perhaps you need to reload it again and see what happens?

Sometimes you can copy an animated GIF picture and when you save it as a different name file or reduce it, it can sometimes stop working...

This is a good example of a well coded animated gif... fluid movement, good transparency and minimum delta. I used to do custom designed animated gifs' like this (using live motion) and inanimate composite separation animation. i.e. from static logos' etc.
