Hi guys,
so until now I used a binder with a zipper, because I wanted to try how it feels and be able to get out of it quickly. But this one didn't bind too well, so I now got myself the cotton concealer tank top from Underworks. On the webpage they advise you to step into the binder from above and pull it up. But getting it over my hips means stretching it loads. I was able to get into it pulling it over my head, but I haven't got the faintest idea how to get out of it again that way (no, I'm not still wearing it - pulled it down over my hips :P).
Having a small-ish chest and ribcage but wider hips and shoulders certainly contributes to the problem...
Do you pull it on/off over your head or do you go the hip route?
Being overweight, my lower half is bigger than my upper half, so I've never pulled it from the hips upwards because ow, ow, ow!
Over my head like a tshirt is the best way I get mine on. Mind you, mine is not a full-length binder, it's a half-length which makes it easier.
Try these methods:
1. Crossing your arms, grab the bottom edge of the binder. Turning it inside-out in the process, pull it up and off like the world's most stubborn T-shirt.
2. Try wriggling one arm back through the arm hole, down and out of the binder, then pulling the binder over your head and other arm. May help to fold it upwards first before trying to get the first arm out.

I've got wider hips too so I've gotten into this method of rolling it up so it's over the moobs and then leaning forward and grabbing it at my back with one arm to pull it forward over my head. You know like how some guys grab the back of a teeshirt to pull it off instead of the waist. I was scared I was going to rip it taking it over my elbows like I would with anything else but this way works pretty good. Minimal contortioning lol. What's funny iis it doesn't feel that snug when it's on but going on and off it's like a vice.
I pull mine over my head. I also am wider in the hip than the shoulder and I also have the cotton concealer tank. I find crossing my arms and grabbing the end of the binder I can slip out without much difficulty.
Thanks you all, this is really helpful!
Yeah, wearing it actually felt OK, not too tight at all.
