Title: Weight loss or diet supplements that don't negatively impact hrt?
Post by: Ltl89 on October 06, 2014, 07:08:21 PM
Hello all,

I've been having a tough time with weight loss and wanted to see if anyone has ever successfully tried weight loss supplements.  And if so, did it impact your hrt in anway?  I've asked this in the past an realize this isn't the "healthiest" of things to do, but I'm getting a little desperate about it.  I feel like my weight is one of my biggest hinderances to me feeling happy or comfortable about my appearance and would like to tackle this.  And yes, I've tried diet and exercise, and it does work, but it's a very slow and tedious progress.  I would like to move to where I'd like to be faster than how it's currently going.  So, does anyone have any suggestions in this area?

Oh, and even though its in the the mtf section, I'm interested in all groups's experiences.  I'm just mainly interested in hearing from other mtf's as I want to avoid anything that can negatively impact my hrt.
