I started HRT 8-31 and have reached a good Tanner Stage II but the itching is driving me crazy. When I scratch the tenderness is uncomfortable so I'm wondering if there's a way to deal with both issues?
Lots and lots of lotion and massaging lol, at least that's how I deal.

Moisturising lotion? And how do you massage through the tenderness? Grin and bare it?
giving them time, unconstrained by a bra really seems to help with itching......Tenderness is something I still cannot find a way to combat, but I just deal with it.

Yep a good moisturizing lotion and yes grin and bare lol. Gentle massages do help keep good blood flowing going so it helps with the soreness.
I had fun at my twice monthly massage this past Monday. My therapist goes very deep tissue at my request so getting drilled into the table with tender breasts was a new and rather uncomfortable feeling. Great massage but the girls were hurting.
Breast take up to 10 years to fully develop. Just thought I'd point that out...
You don't have to deep tissue massage them. Just use a nice moisturiser and rub it in in the morning and before bed. Should help immensely. Itching and tenderness means growth, so that's a good thing!

Yes, the normal breast growth period can take up to ten years for some people. I'd say the vast majority of the population is within 1-2 standard deviations from the mean (
about five years). Your experience may vary. Some people have fully grown breasts in a few years, others it takes a decade.
And even after 10 yrs, there still can be some changes...ciswomen constantly see their breasts inflate and deflate throughout their lifetime, depending on their hormone levels, and other circumstances. Mine, after 10 yrs+ are growing more than ever...
