It seems like it is to me, but my doctor doesn't want to up my dose until December. I've been on it for almost a month and haven't noticed any changes aside from a boosted sex drive.
Please no dosage info please
How long have you been on it?
I'm sorry White Rabbit.
3 1/2 weeks.
Well considering you've only been on T for less than a month, I'd say remain patient. I've been on T for almost 2.5 months and I'm just barely starting to notice changes, even at a higher dose. It all comes down to your bloodwork. I'd say listen to your doctor man. Having a higher dose won't make anything happen faster. I know you want everything to happen now but trust me, patience is a virtue. Congrats on even being started tho man.

Dude, be patient. It's really going to take a while for changes to get really noticeable. Some get it faster than others.
Thanks AeroZeppelin! And I know, I'm trying to be patient. I just have no idea what the 'normal' prescription is.

There really isn't any normal prescription since each dose is individually tailored to each body. What dose works for one person might not be good for another.
Remember please no dosages posted in subject lines, topics or post bodies please.
Thank you for everyone's understanding.
I agree that there is no "typical" dose although if you do a google search you may find information on common dosage info. I am at 2 months and I get frustrated with the speed of changes sometimes too...but what helps me is remembering that we are going through puberty. And just like when cis guys go through puberty, we will all experience changes at different stages.
I will also add its better to be on a low dose than a larger one! a higher dose too soon can mean it will turn to estrogen and we do not want that, now do we?
Dude, it's been 3.5 weeks? That's nothing in relation to how long puberty takes. Patience is key.
