Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream employees from across the world are the creme de la creme of the scooper world, and they are the Scoopers Making Change in one community at a time. Caleb Carroll, of Amherst, is among these elite individuals. He will develop a training program to help educate employers about gender identity issues and issues effecting the transgender community.
