Title: Favorite on-line accessible radio station
Post by: Newgirl Dani on October 16, 2014, 11:49:04 AM
I thought it would be fun to expand our listening list.  Please include city, station letters, numbers, name, and if possible the genre so that we know we are tuning in on the right one.

OK so I'll start with my current favorite which is Seattle, KNDD 107.7  'The End"  Alternative .  Dani

Disregard all the useless info above, just web addy.  Jeez I'm so old.  1077theend.com

For the past ten years now, it's been Protonradio.com.  Mostly progressive and tech-house.

KNAC.com

It used to be a real station in LA, but it died 20 years ago.  It lives online now.

It's metal \m/.

Although it's been quite a while since I've tuned in to them, WFMU 91.1 out in NJ/NY is a pretty cool station. They play pretty much anything and everything.

Radioswisspop and radioswissclassic are great with music music music
And European feel with some French German and Italian songs from time to time

I often use dance nation which is based in Germany so does have some German songs.
