So I'm stuck between the Ultimate Chest Binder tank and Cotton Concealer, trying to get a better binder. Which one is better?
I definitely don't like the tri-top binder as much as I thought.
I've never tried the cotton concealer. The 997/ultimate chest binder is the same material as the tri top just 2 layers in the front instead of 3.
I only have the cotton concealer tank, so I can't compare. Once I have it on I quite like it - it's actually fairly comfortable. Getting it on is a bit of a struggle because, oh my, how to describe this... When I pull it on, the cotton tank top part basically gets rolled up and stuck underneath the binder fabric. So I end up with a very tight cotton-binder-roll which is very difficult to pull down. Once I have managed that bit, everything is fine though :D
Mine is a tad bit short for me, so it won't stay tucked into my pants - but I'm 6 feet and wear a size M (I think).
I just purchased two 997s. My old one-the only binder I ever really wore-was over a year and a half old. It still bound ok, but not as well. I've tried a variety of them, including the tri top. If your issue was with the material (I've heard people say it's itchy), be warned that the 997 is made of the same kind. Personally, I find the 997 more comfortable because I don't have to worry about uniboob as much or the binder rolling up to beneath the girls. I usually tuck it into my pants and don't have a problem with it.

Personally, I'd go with the ultimate (the new name for the 997), because I've had really good luck with it. For reverence, I'm pretty round and have DDs. I think I've got a couple pictures in the do I pass thread of if you're looking for how well it binds.
I have both. Unless you're a small a-cup, you'll probably want the ultimate IMO. I never wear the cotton concealer because I don't feel like it does enough.

It's not so much the material, it's mostly how it rolls up right underneath my chesticles what bothers me. Tri-top will just be that gym binder I can use.
I think I'll buy the 997 binder, one white and one black.
I used to use the tri-top but didn't like them much; I had an issue with the constant rolling.
My friend introduced me to ones that are similar to a sports bra and zip in the front. The binding looks more natural (pecs) and you can easily unzip/zip it back up when you need a break.
*I'm a D/DD and a large fits perfectly.
