i'm hella excited and i just wanted to share :)
also...i had a really hard time getting a pharmacy to fill my prescription for t. is that normal? i went to one cvs and they told me that they would order it. they called me back the next day and said that they wouldn't order it and that they couldn't fill it for me. i went to a bunch of other pharmacies (all chains) and they all said they didn't have it and they wouldn't order it. i finally went to a cvs on the other side of town that filled it right there for me. they only had the name brand depo-testosterone or whatever which was more expensive (it came to like $77 even with a discount) but at this point i'm just glad to get it.
this is so, so crazy and things are happening!

A major pharmaceutical factory had some issue big enough to shut down recently, there are shortages on several meds.
The good news is if you're buying the kind I'm buying it's almost half a year of testosterone, so I'm willing to shell out the money.

I don't believe it's legal for them to deny filling a prescription? I would always call in advance to see if they had it. Also use goodrx.com to get a discount on your testosterone.
I know a lot of CVS's don't carry t for some reason but they'll order it normally.

Congrats! Idk if this is a chain pharmacy problem or not. I got mine filled at the pharmacy in the clinic I go to for my blood work, trans meetings, etc so they obviously would have Estrogen and Testosterone in stock. The one time they didn't (when I finally was not a punk and called to fill it), they had to order more and that took maybe a day or so.

It is like that at first. It, soon enough, just becomes a routine part of life, kind of like showering or getting dressed.
