Post by: Icelaand on November 08, 2014, 11:01:24 AM
Hello,

I'm new this site and I just wanted to ask a few questions. Does anyone have any experience with lesloveboat? Lastnight I purchased a bendy buddy pack n play as I was purchasing it, it kept saying error so I kept trying again but it still said it. I refreshed the page and it went to my home page now I've nade three orders of the bendy buddy. I want to only purchase one but I don't know how to cancel the two orders. It doesn't say cancel or edit orders. Please help! thank you

id check the site for a faq, or a contact page and contact their customer support.

there was another site that i ordered from, but after almost a week it was still sitting as "pending payment" even though i'd already been charged, they actually had instructions to call them in order to cancel orders. quite a few smaller companies and niche companies require a customer service call.

Somewhere on the page, usually at the bottom there is a word "Contact" click on that and send them an email. Also there should be an acknowledgement of the purchase with the order number in your emails, possibly in your junk file, check it out and contact them that way.

Hey Icelaand

Welcome to Susan's :) Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

There should be a customer service contact. I'll move this to the f2m section, you might get more of the guys bake to help you there.

Please check out the following links for general site info...

Cheers

Grace

Lastnight I was freaking out so I emailed them but on the website I couldn't find the customer support number so I could call and cancel my orders there and thank you for your help.

Icelaand? Le gasp! This might be a rather obvious question, but are you perhaps from Iceland? If so! It's awesome to see another Icelander here :)

But I can't say I have any experience with lesloveboat, but I hope you manage what you are trying to find on there .
