Since starting HRT, every morning I wake up soaked in sweat, no matter how cold I keep the room. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it is normal or if I should be worried about it. I keep forgetting to ask my doctor whenever I see them.
Female bodies tend to run a bit warmer than male due to extra fat layers. Try less blankets or covers.
I get that sometimes but I found out a few things about how tea will increase thermo Genesis n fruit juice will lower body temperature, so I avoid tea in the evenings n have a fruit punch juice before bed instead of my old ritual of tea before bed. Haven't had it since
Dont have any fat changes yet, and it started happening very early on, like within a week or 2.

Well I believe in many cases men are warmer due to their faster metabolisms but hey.
Early in HRT you will experience hot flashes as you are removing all your hormones and replacing them with a little amount of E. This will go away once your body has gotten used to your new hormones.
It could be a symptom of andropause, the male equivalent of menopause n the more sudden the decline in estrogen or testosterone, the worse the symptoms, also if you cycle your meds like I do, you may be experiencing PMS
I had them when I started spiro only. They continued even when I started a low dose of Estrogen. My endo upped my dose last month and the night sweats and hot flashes are becoming rarer. So I agree that it's low T and low E that dose it. It's similar to menopause.

I had them with my very first Progesterone injection. What a night. Now things are good.
Mine have come more since my GCS.
My GP had been working on getting a safe hormone levels to keep them at bay.
