I have been on T for 9 months now and I can't say that I have experienced any drastic changes since this summer. My voice doesn't seem to deepen anymore and haven't really developed any facial hair to speak of and my body hair has come to a halt too (bless that though).
Should I check with my doctor if my levels are good? I changed my dosage somewhat this summer and have been taking half of full satchel daily since based on my doctor's recommendation. I feel good though so that's not the problem. If I try to increase this dosage I begin to gain problems with nipple sensitivity etc. This made me eventually always go back to a lower dose since it may indicate that too much of the T is being aromatized to E.
But anyway, has anyone else experienced something similar where changes came to a halt about 5-6 months in on T? Is it just a late bloomer thing or could it be related to having too low levels? I should maybe try to nudge my doctor to send me to an endocrinologist either way to get my levels checked, but I've been wondering about it seeing how I noticed very early and progressive changes rather quickly but now it's like nothing is really happening at all. I mean, I've masculinized a lot so I'm not complaining in that regard but it'd be nice to gain more obvious changes.
One thing I did began to note though is that my cheeks have recently begun to look even more hollow than they did. I don't know if this is related to that I've been better at working out regularly again so it's related to fat loss in general or because it's a result of masculinization of the face.
The hollowing of the face is due to masculinisation from the T with the fat in your face having re-distributed.
My changes were pretty similar to yours - they would come in little patches. I would have a flurry of changes at about month 3, then nothing until months 5-6, have more changes (and more drastic), then nothing else until about 1 1/2 years later.
It definitely would be advisable to have your levels checked, though.

My changes were progressively steady up until 5-6 months on T. It's the easiest to compare my voice since it's the most notable change and I can't hear any difference in it from July/August to now so I am not sure if this is all I'll get or whether there will be more down the road or whether it's because my levels are off and this is why. I realized yesterday that the changes did seem to have come to a halt around the same time as when I changed my dosage regimen. Not how much I took though, but mostly how I applied it. Before I used to take half a satchel every day instead of a full satchel every other day as I do now. Taking a full satchel every other day is obviously more practical for many reasons though, and logically speaking it should even out to about the same T levels. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Or whether my body became more suck at absorbing it or something.

Voice isn't really anything to go by. Lots of guys still get drops years into T.
It could be a coincidence. I firmly believe that everyone experiences plateaus in their changes.
I have similar experiences. Everything seemed to happen in the first half year after starting T.
My theory is that it is easier to notice to go from nothing to something, than from something to a little more. For example hair growth. If you have no facial hair, it's easy to notice the first few hairs that happen in the first half a year. Then after those first few hairs, they just sloooowly become more, but that is harder to notice than going from no hairs to some hairs.
I have the hollowing of the cheeks as well, but for me that was due to becoming underweight due to my top surgery infection. I'm curious to see if they remain hollow after I gained some weight back.

Yeah, facial hair, I am not sure how that's going to develop tbh. I don't seem to have genetics that favor a lot of body hair in general though I got a few pathetic strands under my lip that take forever to grow. I did have a bit of hair on my upper lip so I've felt unsure if I should take that as an indication of beard growth potential or not. Frankly for me personally, beard isn't the end of the world in the first place but I still sound like a teenage boy and while I pass consistently and I like my voice I don't think it hurts to have it sound more adult. First time I was misgendered since this spring was earlier this week on the phone while talking to an elderly woman with hearing problems so I assume it's more related to that tbh.
Ah well, trying to get in contact with my doctor and I'll ask if I can have my levels checked again just to be sure. Last time I had them checked this summer my value was at 19 shortly after application (same day some hours earlier) which seemed a little low to me but what do I know. Body begins to bitch if I increase it so /shrug. Wish I could get my diagnosis already so I can see an endo instead of a gynecologist.
yeah i barely noticed any change after the 6 months mark. Never has any facial hair.
