Just thought of a little bit of fun, whilst in front of the TV and reading / scanning Susan's Place...
Before I went on HRT I hated shopping, was not a lover of chocolate and some fruits like Mango's etc....
Since going on HRT I have gotten to love shopping, absolutely adore chocolate and Mango's etc... Hmm only downside to shopping is that I get insanely jealous of my wife when clothes shopping, however she must have noticed my massively increase in woman's clothing especially around "that's nice, but this is so much better"... Also get insanely jealous when she gets new jewellery or I (reluctantly) buy her new jewellery.
Other downside is weight management :-\ have to continuously watch my food intake (including alcohol; not a friend to HRT)
Hey I even drive a little slower (but only a little :angel: )

Eating habits really haven't changed much, I still eat very lean for the most part. When seeing women, I have gone from "she looks good in that" to "I'd totally wear that" ;D
I never liked certain foods and now I love some of them. Weird.

My sweet tooth changed to sweet teeth, I dont catch myself with hands clenched and tight anymore, love love love pouring over the net for pics on fashion and makeup, color is coming into my world. Dani

I just eat as twice as much as I did before! My diet hasn't really changed but I do feel like my sense of taste improved slightly since I started hrt, that could be just psychological though.
Two things I use to really hate was coffee n liquorice, now I totally love em, but at the moment I've got no milk:(

Try to eat less myself... but have to because of chocolate :laugh:
Seriously got my weight down (sorry in KG's) from 80 odd to 65 now, but what a struggle ::)

I never used to be a fan of chocolate, but now I absolutely love the stuff. I used to like bacon a lot more than now. Cheese was a guilty pleasure, but my taste for the strong stuff is totally gone completely.
My shopping habits have shifted around a bit. I seem to spend far more time just browsing, where it used to be an in-buy thing-out process.
Not a single change, I still use soft served ice cream to fuel my days :O.
My biggest eating habit change is that I've noticed I can't the same quantity of food that I used to, and I also can't eat junk food like I used to.
I really don't understand it, but I noticed almost immediately that while I used to able to completely stuff myself at buffets, eating 4 full plates sometimes, that number dropped down to 3 mostly-full plates before I was completely stuffed.
The big thing that I have absolutely no explanation for, though, is that for some reason food seems to affect me more. Like, pre-transition I could eat an entire gigantic bag of gummi worms, I actually ate almost two full bags of potato chips in one day before, an entire pizza with almost no trouble, and none of it ever seemed to affect me.
Now, suddenly, I can't really eat potato chips anymore. They make my stomach feel unpleasantly bloated if I eat too many. For some reason now eating too much candy makes me feel sick, (and also gave me very unpleasant heart palpatations from all of the sugar,) and with pizza it's the same way... too much, and I start feeling bloated in an unpleasant way. Also, I can't drink as much. One drink is enough to get me buzzed and a bit dizzy.
I'm not sure if it's HRT making me more sensitive to things, a change in body composition making me less resilient, or just age, I don't know, but it's really taken me by surprise. (And helped my weight loss, so I'm not complaining.)
The smaller appetite and the fact I don't feel the need to stuff myself all day are the biggest changes in my eating habits.

I'm terrible with food. I BBQ'd a turkey yesterday, it was delicious & I ate just too much. Already heading to "fat land" this holiday season so today I'm going to color my hair, try on all clothes in my closet, build some nicer outfits, watch the Macy's Parade, pedicure, change nail colors, bubble bath, go shopping..... Just anything but eat too much!!!!!
When I started it felt like I had a bottomless pit and would just eat loads, now its balanced out a bit bit I still eat alot more then I use to though the plus is I'm mainly filling out around the bum, hips and breasts. I no long can eat most milk chocolate or sweets, its just to sickly, I don't like sugar in my tea (use to like 1) and I prefer coffee black with no sugar (use to like both milk and sugar). I've never drank much but I do now prefer red wine over beer and recently I discovered I really love the sour bite of a vodka shot with double the amount of freshly squeeze lime juice.

Eating: Need variety. As a male, I was happy with eating the same thing every week. As a female, need to spice things up a bit.
Life: I love shopping. Could do it all day. Used to hate it. That really blows my mind. If you told my 5-years-ago self that in five years I'd be a woman and love shopping, I'd be thrilled about the first part, but still wouldn't believe you about the second part.
Also, my interest in sex is totally different. I suppose that's a subject for another board.
